Lindsay Crittendon
Lindsay Crittendon currently serves as Vice President, Growth Initiatives for Hippo Holdings (NYSE: HIPO). In this capacity, she leads innovation across products and service lines with a particular focus on proptech, data, and building new lines of business. Before her time at Hippo, Lindsay built and scaled Headspace for Work, the enterprise business offering from Headspace Health. Lindsay has spent most of her career in the tech startup ecosystem, including joining the founding team of Y-Combinator-backed Chute Corporation, acquired by ESW Capital in 2018.
She's a founding member of Operator's Guild, a global organization focused on the unique needs of operations, strategy, and finance professionals at tech companies. She is a limited partner of FOG Ventures. During her free time, she coaches founders in the health and wellness space, as well as volunteers in her local public school system.
Lindsay holds a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Iowa. During her time at Iowa, she was active in UISG, Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, and the James Gang/10,000 Hours Show.
