Brendan received his MA in International Development from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, and his BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University (SUNY). Prior to entering the Political Sciences program at the University of Iowa, Brendan worked as a researcher across topics relating to global food systems sustainability, development forecasting, geopolitical risk, and international climate action. Brendan’s current research interests primarily relate to issues of power transition and multipolarity, especially with regards to (re)ordering of IGOs and impacts on global commons issues and development regimes.
