Carter Bell
Carter graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a certificate in Fundraising and Philanthropy Communication, and a minor in Gender Women's, and Sexuality Studies, with honors, distinction, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She was a recipient of the Darrell L. Netherton Political Science Research Scholarship and a Harry S. Truman Scholarship finalist.
While at the University of Iowa, she served as President of the University Democrats and as chair of the University Lecture Committee.
She currently lives in Washington, DC and serves as Program Associate in the Economic Justice for Women program area of the Rockefeller Family Fund. She is a current member of the Women's Information Network (WIN) and the League of Women Voters of the District of Columbia.
