Biography
Boram earned an MA in Political Science and Public Administration from Hanyang University, where her thesis examined the effect of political representation on the allocation of national subsidies. Her research interests include political behavior and public opinion.
Before starting her doctoral research, Boram gained research experience at institutions including the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP), the Korean Women’s Development Institute (KWDI), and the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Washington, D.C.
