Sarah is a Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at AT&T.

Prior to joining the company in 2023, Sarah was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Trinity Industries, Inc. a Dallas-based company providing rail and highway transportation products and railcar leasing, management, and maintenance services.  As Chief Legal Officer, Sarah oversaw all legal, governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs globally for Trinity Industries, Inc.

Prior to joining Trinity‚ Sarah was a Partner with the law firms of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Haynes and Boone LLP, where she specialized in complex litigation matters and internal corporate and government investigations. 

Sarah graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and earned her degree in political science at the University of Iowa, where she graduated with highest distinction.
