The 2022-2023 edition of the Hawkeye Policy Report has been released by students in the Legislative Policy Seminar (POLI:3127). This year's edition covers topics on Iowa's cannabis policy, monitoring PFAS in Iowa's waterways, and improving K-12 reading proficiency.
